Gosh, this week has flown by ( don't they all ? ) I have a new toy...a Canon 7D ! I haven't had time to take many photos with it yet, but I know I'm going to enjoy it. This is one of the first photos I took, number 3 to be exact ! I also put on my 50mm f1.4 which I don't use very often as I always seem to have focusing problems with it. Anyway, despite that and the fact that the 7D has a lot more autofocus points than my 60D, I managed to take some photos I was happy with. :))
My new beadboard from Lowes ( which they very kindly cut in half for me, or it wouldn't fit in my car !). But I can use the pieces as a base and a background together now.
I found the sweet tray and tea towel at the antique mall. The tea towel is new and was made at a local mill before it closed down. The cute little pitcher is Polish pottery, a souvenir of my recent trip to Poland. Isn't it just adorable ?
The beautiful flower is a coneflower called Tiger Eye, I love the curve of the petals.
