Catching up.....again

I know I've been quiet here on the blog lately, but the house is now on the market and we had our first showing this evening.  Now it's a waiting game to see if the buyers liked the house enough to put an offer in. Hopefully they will, but if not we will continue to live our our very spartan, uncluttered house for a while ! I'll keep you posted......

In the meantime, a catch up of Be Still 53 and The Studio lessons......

Be Still 52 Week 42- Crates - In or On

My dear hubby and I went to the antique mall at the weekend to find a crate.......I came home with two !  As if I need more stuff .... But I justified it by saying I could use them to store other props in...........sounds good, right ?? "wink"

All edited with kk_shadows with tweaks.

The Studio Online Prompt for March 16th

Light and Shadow Play

To alleviate all the dark and moody photos above , a preview of some Egg pics that I had already done before Kim announced the prompt for March 30th.  I had great fun painting these eggs...and myself......and have some other ideas in mind for this prompt as well, which I will show you in my next post.

Enjoy your week,
Caz xo

  1. Hope all goes well with the home sale, so hard to detach yourself from your home as others look at it. At least I find it hard to do but when I make up my mind that it really isn't my home anymore and that I am moving on to something better it is all good. Hope you are feeling that way now with your move.

I love that your husband went with you to find your great finds, so wonderful to have a partner in crime so to speak. I love your create images Caz, love the bowl with the ruffled edge. And brilliant on painting and decorating the eggs such a sweet exercise in Make and Take also. Have a wonderful Hump Day.
